Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rigged To Rank's website at riggedtorank.com ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Rigged To Rank provides local SEO, website development, and digital marketing services specifically for spray foam insulation contractors. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements executed between Rigged To Rank and each client.
3. Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables including website code, domain, and content produced under their engagement. Rigged To Rank retains no ownership of client-specific work product after the client relationship ends. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock assets, etc.) transfer subject to their respective license terms.
4. Performance Guarantee
Rigged To Rank offers a top-3 Google map pack placement guarantee within 180 days for qualifying clients. This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in the individual service agreement, including market conditions, client cooperation with required information requests, and timely payment. Markets with exceptional competition may have modified guarantee terms as specified in writing before engagement.
5. Payment Terms
Website development fees are due in two installments: 50% upon project initiation and 50% upon delivery. Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month. Accounts 15 days past due may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the performance guarantee terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to transmit spam, misrepresent your identity, upload malicious code, or violate any applicable law. Rigged To Rank reserves the right to refuse service to any party at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigged To Rank's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. Rigged To Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost profits.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
Rigged To Rank may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active client agreements will be communicated directly.
